This came into being as I was experimenting with Indian flavours. It has a Tomato base and is a cross between a salsa and a relish in texture. Its not hot, as I was wanting to cater to a large range of people, but it is a very good blend of traditional flavours. Again this starts off a little sweet and then all those yummy flavours come through.
