This one's a keeper! By that I mean the longer you keep it for the more it matures, like a fine wine. Unfortunately, it sells so well I can never store it for long enough! The peaches for this chutney come fresh off of my freestone Golden Queen peach trees. It's quite thick in consistency but very tasty. It comes with a nice cayenne kick and is a little spicy. It goes well with feta cheese or blue cheese, and it's also great with tomatoes and ham. It's one to have around!
